
Yoga
The Yoga Flow classes I deliver are based on aspects of Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa Flow for a complete all round style thats’s grounded, dynamic and nurturing. The breath is a key element of the practice in my classes as it helps provide a mindful and embodied experience. Classes are suitable for all and are delivered in an intuitive way for an authentic practice.
Yoga can help bring balance to your wellness. It’s very much about feeling free and the internal journey being the focus of the practice. I provide nurturing and grounding Yoga within the Yoga Flow practice which is based around standard asana’s like in the gallery though with freedom to roam and also to slow down and just be.
Yoga Shakti Dance and Yoga & Dance classes builds on from the foundation style Intuitive Yoga practice. They allow for lots of creativity, fun and expression, thus provide the opportunity to evolve and empower yourself through incorporating movement and dance with Yoga.
Both Yoga Shakti dance which is inspired by the Ancient Wisdom of Yoga, particularly Kundalini Yoga and the Yoga & Dance which is more contemporary combines Yoga asanas (poses) with fluidity/creativity, sequenced dance, free flowing dance moves with various styles of music, Mantras, breathing exercises and meditation to evoke awareness of the mind, body and spirit to unite with self.
Expressing our bodies with connectivity can help to shift and transform energy into feeling brighter and vibrant. This practice is an invitation to be creative with your energy and to listen to your body, release energy and to experience a free feeling within.

Intuitive style yoga for grounding, nurture and growth for the heart and soul. Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm, Wednesdays 10.45-11.45am & 6-7pm and Fridays 10-11am
Yoga & Dance
Second Tuesday once a month Yoga & Dance class on Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm at Forest Hills and every other Wednesday 10.45-11.45am
