Massage

The various kinds of massages I give consist of; pressing, rubbing and massaging skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments. My massage style over all is relaxing, using long strokes, kneading, deep, circular movements, vibration and tapping, helping you to feel relaxed and energised simultaneously. Reiki

The Reiki treatment I provide can also be incorporated with sound to assist your natural vibration to restore, bringing self back into balance. Reiki can be described as a way of healing with the hands through the universal life force energy. The way I approach this session is with deep consideration, empathy and understanding for you as my fellow being and as well as a client.

Sound

To ignite harmony and peace within the energy system, I channel with my voice and various percussive instruments to assist healing and to restore balance within the body.

Blended Treatments

The Therapeutic Blend – This involves a combination of Massage, Reiki and Sound to aid a particular issue whether physical, mental or emotional. Working in an intuitive way I will decipher how to restore balance through various practices. (60min £60)

Sacred Healing – Offering ancient practices as well as channeling through the voice I offer Reiki, Sound & Mantra to help rebalance the nervous system and Chakras.  (75min £75)

Relax and Release – Providing Massage, Sound, Guided Meditation/Yoga Nidra with an option for breath work these nurturing sessions allow you to fully surrender and release the stress within (75min £75)
