Massage
The various kinds of massages I give consist of; pressing, rubbing and massaging skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments. My massage style over all is relaxing, using long strokes, kneading, deep, circular movements, vibration and tapping, helping you to feel relaxed and energised simultaneously.
